What is Kippy?
Kippy helps touring and live-event professionals manage schedules, teams, guestlists, venues, travel, and job opportunities — all in one place. It’s available on iOS, Android, and the web at app.usekippy.com.
How do I get started?
Download Kippy from the App Store or Google Play, or open app.usekippy.com and create an account. From there you can create an organization or accept an invite to join an existing team.
Is Kippy free?
Team members can join organizations, view schedules, and find work for free. Creating and managing organizations is a paid subscription for event managers. You can see current pricing on our home page.
How do I invite my team?
Open your organization, go to Members, and tap Invite. Enter the person’s email and choose which visibility groups they should see. They’ll receive an invitation to join.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. We’ll send a reset link. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or email [email protected].
How do I manage notifications?
Go to Settings → Notifications in the app to choose which push notifications you receive. You can also turn notifications on or off entirely from your device’s system settings.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account on the web, in the app, or by email. See Account & data deletion below for full instructions.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email [email protected] with what happened (and a screenshot if you have one). Feature ideas are always welcome — we read every message.
Account & data deletion
You can delete your Kippy account and associated data at any time.
Delete your account
- Sign in to Kippy — on the web at app.usekippy.com/account, or in the mobile app.
- Open Settings and tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
What happens: Your account is deactivated immediately and you’re signed out and removed from all organizations. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind — signing back in within that window reactivates your account. After 30 days it’s permanently deleted. Contributions to shared organizations (such as schedule items) may be retained for the organization’s continuity but are disassociated from your identity, as described in our Privacy Policy.
